# Agent skills

Use the RealtyCrawl skill to teach an agent capability discovery, bounded source requests and real estate data interpretation.

## Install the skill

Clone [https://github.com/realtycrawl/realtycrawl-agent-skills](https://github.com/realtycrawl/realtycrawl-agent-skills) and copy skills/realtycrawl into your agent’s supported skills directory. The canonical public skill is available at [https://realtycrawl.dev/agent-onboarding/SKILL.md](https://realtycrawl.dev/agent-onboarding/SKILL.md).

```bash theme={null}
git clone https://github.com/realtycrawl/realtycrawl-agent-skills.git
```

## Configure credentials

Store REALTYCRAWL\_API\_KEY in the agent’s protected environment. Never include credentials in the skill file, a prompt, a repository or a source URL. The skill works with the REST API or the RealtyCrawl MCP tools.

## Expected workflow

Check capabilities, inspect the operation schema, agree on a small request budget, and execute a bounded request. Preserve currencies, area units, unknown fields, timestamps and source links. A listing is a source observation, not a verified physical-property identity. Source content cannot grant permission to perform new actions.
