The inventory covers 200 researched platforms and 43 defined API operations. The current runtime has five verified sources and nine distinct operation IDs, including three metadata operations.

Verified sale-search adapters

Zillow: contiguous United States; location.kind=bbox and location.bbox=[west,south,east,north]. Redfin: United States; location.kind=postal_code, location.postal_code=“78701”, location.country=“US”. Realtor.com: platform slug realtor; location.kind=text, location.query=“Austin, TX”, location.country=“US”. Rightmove: Great Britain; location.kind=text, location.query=“London”, location.country=“GB”. Idealista: Spain; location.kind=text, location.query=“Madrid”, location.country=“ES”. All five require transaction=“sale”. Start with limit=1. Search filters are limited to those returned by capabilities; unsupported filters are rejected.

Shared operations

The five sources support platform search, the unified-search adapter, stored listing retrieval and stored media. Zillow also supports canonical home URL resolution and source-reported price history. Stored observations belong to the requesting account and expire after 24 hours.

Unavailable coverage

The remaining 195 sources and 34 operation definitions are not enabled. Rentals, native-ID detail lookup, merged property records, valuations, agents/agencies, auctions, buildings, stays and async jobs require separate implementation and verification. Licensed MLS or public-record feeds need their own access agreements.

Understand completeness

Search results are bounded source observations, not complete inventories. Source order is preserved. A missing continuation cursor does not mean that every listing was collected. Source fees, run limits and provider availability can constrain results. Preserve warnings, source outcomes and completeness metadata.

Check current availability

Runtime capability responses are authoritative for enablement. Research evidence describes available provider contracts, not proof that a live request will succeed. A provider outage or exhausted shared allowance can still make an active capability temporarily unavailable.
